Admission Status for Academic Year 2013

In the 2012 academic year, the admissions examination review board met 5 times to investigate a number of issues and review the admissions policy, and as a result, revisions were made in response to the restructuring of the Faculty of Social Welfare in 2014.

In terms of collaboration projects between high schools and the university and publicity activities for entrance exams, a variety of measures are being taken to make improvements and secure new applicants based on the results of surveys from university information sessions and requests from high schools. These include Campus Attendants, several Open Campus events throughout the year and presentations given on-site at high schools. A measure started in 2011 of covering the bus fare for students who are visiting for the Open Campus events from high schools in the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami disaster zone has been continued.
