Those who wishes the University for four
years and graduate will be awarded a bachelor's
degree in each faculty.
There are two ways to enter the regular course.

A person who wishes to enter the University
must choose one of these ways.
The time of entry is at the beginning of
the school year (April).
(1)Regular Selection (Taking regular entrance
examinations)
Admission Requirements of the Applicant
A person with any of the following credentials
may apply for admission:
| (1)Graduation or expected graduation from a senior high school or junior high school |
| (2)Completion or expected completion of twelve years of regular curricular studies abroad |
| (3)Equivalents recognized as (1) or (2) |
An applicant needs to take these following
tests:
| Faculty of Nursing | the School entrance examinations certain subjects of the National Center for University Entrance Examination test |
| Faculty of Social Welfare | the School entrance examinations certain subjects of the National Center for University Entrance Examination test |
| Faculty of Software and Information Science |
the School entrance examinations |
| Faculty of Policy Studies | the School entrance examinations certain subjects of the National Center for University Entrance Examination test |

To take the School entrance examinations
an applicant should apply from the end of
January to the beginning of February.
Tests will be held in February and March.

students
Admission Requirements of the Applicant
A person with any foreign citizenship, with
all of the following credentials may apply
for admission:
| (1)A person with any of the following credentials | Completion or expected completion of twelve years of regular curricular studies abroad. Or equivalents recognized by the Minister of Education,Culture,Sports and Technology. |
| A person with any of following credentials;
who is also over 18 years old on March 31
in the year they wish to enter the University. ・ The qualification given by the International Baccalaureate Organization. ・ The qualification of Abitur recognized as an admission to University in the Federal Republic of Germany. ・ The qualification of Baccalaureate recognized as an admission to University in The French Republic |

| (2)A person who has or will have student status after acquiring admissionto the University which is authorized by the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act | |
| (3)A person who has taken any of the following tests according to the faculty’s requirement. *An applicant to the faculty of Policy Studies who is from a non-English speaking nationneeds to takes TOEFL besides these tests | @ Examination for Japanese University Admission
for International Students (EJU) (http://www.aiej.or.jp/examination/index_e.html) *Held by Association of International Education (For applicants to all faculties) ALevel 1 of Japanese Language Proficiency Test held by Association of International Education (http://www.aiej.or.jp/examination/index_e.html) *Only for the applicants whose country or region is unavailable for EJU |
| Selection | The applicants are selected by the school entrance examination and the score of EJU and application documents instead of the Test of the National Center for University Entrance Examination. |
