岩手県立大学では、正規生として在学する外国人留学生のうち、成績が特に優秀で経済的理由により就学が困難な学生に対し奨学金を給付しています。

A unique Iwate Prefectural University Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students who are recognized to have excellent academic records and have difficulty pursuing their studies for economic reasons.
